TIM & LUCY'S STORY
For those who don't know...
We met at secondary school and had remained friends since; there were many house parties, trips to the pub, even holidays together, until December 2021 when we finally decided to make a go of things!
We're now so excited to invite you to celebrate with us at Tim's parent's, for a full day of good food, good music, good fun and the odd bit of smooshy stuff.
All the info you should need will be here, and please don't forget to RSVP at the bottom of this page!
THE WEDDING
GETTING THERE
We have carefully drawn on the map exactly where our venue is, as it is in the middle of the countryside, and might be a little difficult to find! We will put out as many signs as we can to help you out on the day, but please read the directions carefully and see the map we have carefully drawn on, and look at the exact location via the link below the map.
ON ARRIVAL - instructions for everyone!
- when you come up the lane, off of Pett Bottom Road, veer left at the first house and follow the 'C' shaped road which will bring you to Mumpas Cottage.
CAR
Parking is available on the adjacent field as you arrive. There will be plenty of signs telling you where to go!
TAXI
We recommend Longley's Taxis - 01227 710777, best to book in advance for the trip back, Canterbury gets busy late at night!
TRAIN
The nearest train station is either Canterbury East or West - you will need to get a taxi from the station.
BUS
If you want to get the bus, you can get the 16 Gold, 17 or 89 from Canterbury bus station, but it will be a 30 minute walk the other side!
NOTE!
There is very little signal at the venue and in the surrounding area
ACCOMMODATION
TRANSPORTATION
]
There is plenty of space for camping on site - and we'd love you to stay and party the whole night together!
We'll have lighting, toilets and sinks available to use - promise! Plus a lovely breakfast in the morning to soak up all the left over serotonin!
If you are going to camp, or bring your camper with you - let us know in the RSVP section. You're welcome to come and set up the day before or arrive slightly earlier in the day to set up.
STAYING NEARBY
If you're not into camping and want to stay nearby, we can recommend a few options:
IF YOU'RE FEELING SWANKY
IF YOU'RE FEELING COSY
IF YOU'RE REALLY NOT FUSSED AND JUST WANT A BED FOR THE NIGHT... or what is left of it
